Incapable of providing a basic level of customer service. The lady, (I was repulsed by her behaviour and wasn't able to get her name) was super rude and had an unusual attitude and tone of laziness in her voice.Ahmad had to be asked 4 times for a tracking number to receive an appraisal which they had trouble shipping out. They ultimately couldn't ship it and it had to be picked up, but what do you expect from an unauthentic and likely illegitimate shady business. Initially, they just took a photo of the appraisal and sent it over whatsapp as an image, talk about professionalism! What a joke, and they bring shame to other Canadian jewelry stores that actually have a level of formality.On top of that their appraisal company (Y&H gem services) is non-existent on the internet.Overall experience of Fancy Jewelers?-A formal complaint to the BBB for unethical business practices should be made against this place.

Drove all the way from Buffalo to Mississauga to be denied service. I have purchased from them before. So I am a repeat customer. Arrived at the location, called for an “appointment”. Gentlemen I spoke to told me to “go somewhere else”. Told him I drove all the way over an hour and a half for repeat business. Person spoke with advised didn’t want my business. You lost a good customer my friend.

I must say attitude and customer service by these people were 5 star. Smile on their face. Not losing patience to show whatever number of items I asked to show. For me it’s one or twoPiece to buy but wants to make sure I get what I want. They make sure you take your time in decision. Azam is such a nice owner to dealt with. Have been shopping at Fancy Jewellers for the last 5 years. They have great selection, they are accommodating and have reasonable prices. We were there a few days ago and Nazia helped us out finding exactly what we wanted. She was patient, showed us as many items we wanted with a smile and overall just amazing customer service!

My husband and I purchased a baby bracelet for our newborn daughter and had a great experience here. The selections were great in comparison to other stores in the area. We found that they had nicer options and the prices were competitive. The gentleman who we dealt with was very nice and straight forward. - excellent customer service.
